Instructions
Step 1
Add oat milk, natural yoghurt, banana, frozen mango and baby spinach to a high-speed blender.
Tip: Layer liquids first to help the blender start smoothly.
Step 2
Spoon in the Manuka honey, ground turmeric, black pepper, chia seeds and vanilla extract.
Tip: Manuka honey dissolves more easily into warmer liquids — if needed, dissolve in a tablespoon of warm oat milk first.
Step 3
Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 60 seconds depending on your blender.
Tip: Stop and scrape down the sides once if the mixture clings to the jug.
Timing: PT01M
Step 4
Taste and adjust: add an extra 1/2–1 tablespoon Manuka honey if you prefer sweeter, or a splash more oat milk to loosen the texture.
Tip: Balance sweetness with a squeeze of lemon if the banana makes it too sweet.
Step 5
Pour into two glasses, sprinkle a few extra chia seeds on top and serve immediately.
Tip: Garnish with a thin dusting of turmeric or a small drizzle of Manuka honey for a pretty finish.
