Instructions
Step 1
Add oat milk, banana, avocado, spinach, frozen pineapple, grated ginger, lemon juice, collagen (if using) and chia seeds to a high-speed blender.
Tip: Place softer ingredients nearer the blade and frozen items on top for smoother blending.
Step 2
Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 45–60 seconds. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed.
Tip: If the mixture is too thick, add 30–60 ml more oat milk and blend for another 10–20 seconds.
Timing: PT1M
Step 3
Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity. Drizzle in the manuka honey and pulse briefly (or stir by hand) to combine without overheating the honey.
Tip: Adding manuka at the end preserves its beneficial enzymes and flavour.

Step 4
Pour into two tumblers, top with a sprinkle of chia seeds or lemon zest and serve immediately.
Tip: Serve with a metal or reusable straw; the smoothie keeps in the fridge for up to 24 hours but is best fresh.
