Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the fruit: peel and chop the kiwifruit, and break the banana into chunks. Add the kiwifruit, banana, and baby spinach to the blender.
Tip: Use a frozen banana for a thicker, creamier smoothie without extra ice.
Step 2
Add the yoghurt, oat milk, ground flaxseed and fresh lemon juice. Drizzle in the Manuka honey last so it disperses evenly.
Tip: If you prefer plant-based, swap Greek yoghurt for coconut or almond yoghurt.
Step 3
Blend on high until completely smooth and velvety. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more oat milk and blend again.
Tip: Pulse for a few seconds first to break down chunks, then blend continuously for best texture.

Taste and adjust: add a little more Manuka honey if you like it sweeter, or a squeeze more lemon if you want more brightness.
Tip: Manuka honey is potent — add in small increments to avoid over-sweetening.
Step 5
Pour into two chilled glasses and, if desired, let rest in the fridge for 10 minutes to marry the flavours, or serve immediately over ice.
Tip: Garnish with a kiwi slice and a drizzle of extra Manuka honey for presentation.
