Kiwi Green Immunity Manuka Smoothie

Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1
Add the oat milk and Greek yoghurt to the blender first, then spoon in the Manuka honey. This helps the honey blend evenly.
Tip: Warm the honey slightly if it’s very thick so it sinks into the liquid more easily.
Step 2
Add the frozen banana, frozen mango and baby spinach, followed by grated ginger and ground turmeric.
Tip: Add greens after frozen fruit to help them blend smoother.
Step 3
Blend on medium-high until smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides once or twice, then blend again until fully combined.
Tip: If the mixture is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons more oat milk and pulse.

Add the chia seeds and pulse briefly to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness — add another 1/2 teaspoon of Manuka honey if desired, or a squeeze of lime for brightness.
Tip: Let sit for 1–2 minutes if you prefer a thicker texture as chia will swell slightly.

Pour into two glasses, drizzle a little extra Manuka honey on top and finish with a light dusting of turmeric or a few spinach leaves as garnish.
