Instructions

Step 1
Add the banana, frozen mango, rolled oats, yoghurt, grated ginger and ground turmeric to a high-speed blender.
Tip: Frozen banana gives a creamy, thick texture without ice.
Step 2
Pour in the oat milk and add the Manuka honey, lemon juice and a pinch of black pepper.
Tip: Warm the Manuka honey slightly (hold the jar in warm water for 30 seconds) if it’s very thick so it blends evenly.
Step 3
Blend on high until completely smooth and silky, about 45 seconds to 1 minute depending on your blender.
Tip: Stop and scrape down the sides once to ensure even blending.

Step 4
Taste and adjust: add a little more Manuka honey if you want it sweeter or a splash of milk if it’s too thick.
Tip: A tiny extra pinch of black pepper intensifies the turmeric without making the drink spicy.
Step 5
Pour into two glasses, sprinkle a few oats or a dusting of turmeric on top and serve immediately. If you prefer colder, chill for 2 minutes before serving.
