Instructions

Step 1
Add the frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, Greek yoghurt and almond milk to a high-power blender.
Tip: Use frozen fruit for a thick, spoonable bowl consistency.
Step 2
Add ground turmeric, a pinch of black pepper, chia seeds and vanilla extract. Blend on high until smooth and thick, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
Tip: If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a splash more almond milk, 1 tbsp at a time.

Step 3
Taste and adjust sweetness. Stir in 1 tablespoon of Mānuka honey into the blended mixture for even sweetness throughout.
Tip: Start with 1 tbsp, then add more if you prefer it sweeter. Mānuka honey adds floral-depth unlike regular honey.
Step 4
Divide the smoothie between two bowls. Arrange toppings (sliced banana, granola, toasted coconut and extra berries) on each bowl.
Tip: Create texture contrasts — creamy base, crunchy granola and juicy berries.
Step 5
Finish each bowl with a generous drizzle (about 1/2 tbsp) of Mānuka honey and a light dusting of extra turmeric or seeds if desired. Serve immediately.
