Step 2
Add mango, banana, oat milk, yoghurt, turmeric, grated ginger, black pepper, chia seeds, lime juice and ice to a high-speed blender.
Tip: Layer liquids first and fruit on top to help the blades catch everything.
Timing: PT0S
Step 3
Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 60 seconds depending on your blender.
Tip: Stop and scrape down the sides once if needed to ensure an even texture.
Timing: PT1M
Step 4
Taste and adjust: add more Manuka honey for sweetness, extra milk to loosen, or a squeeze more lime if you want more brightness.
Tip: Add Manuka honey after blending to preserve its beneficial compounds and flavour nuances.
Timing: PT0S
Step 5
Pour into two glasses, garnish with a light dusting of turmeric, a sprinkle of chia seeds and a small drizzle of Manuka honey on top.
